The businessman should be establishing the rate which he will be charging his client for his service. He should be considering many factors when he will be setting the rate. He should not be setting a high rate which could be keeping his customers away. He should also not be setting a low price which could result to incurring losses, instead.

After preparing everything, he should be letting his target market aware of his presence. He could be employing some marketing methods in doing so. He could be using TV or radio commercials and print ads. He could even be handing out fliers to others. He might also want to be posting online ads in various websites.
